At approximately 1430 hours, Garner EMS81 was dispatched to a working structure fire at 405 N. East Street in downtown Raleigh.  The EMS crews provided fire scene rehabilitation for the firefighters.

Units on scene included Garner EMS81, Wake County EMS2, EMS13, District Chief 1, Truck 1, and Raleigh Fire Department's Engine 1, Engine 3, Engine 7, Engine 13, Ladder 2, Ladder 4, Rescue 2, Air 1, Battalion Chief 2, Car 10 and Car 20.
